Indulgent chocolate fudge swirled with cashews and cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup salted whole cashews
  • 0.5 cup cherry-flavored dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 8-inch square pan by lining it with aluminum foil or waxed paper.
  • In a saucepan, bring marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt to a boil. Stir constantly and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in milk chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Gently mix cashews and dried cranberries into the chocolate mixture, then add vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and let it cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm for about 2 hours. Once set, cut into 1-inch squares.
