Perfect pesto, tomato and prosciutto pizzas

Savor the deliciousness of a pesto, tomato, prosciutto, and rocket pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 99.00 gm sundried tomato pesto
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tomato, halved and sliced
  • 500.00 ml Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 250.00 ml baby rocket leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan-forced). Spread pesto over the pizza bases, then layer on prosciutto and tomato slices. Generously sprinkle with Coles Brand Australian Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 10-20 minutes. Serve garnished with baby arugula leaves.
