Tender beef tenderloin marinated in zesty lime juice, onion, salt, and pepper, skewered and grilled to perfection for a flavorful Persian shish kabob.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.125 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Dice beef into 1x1/2-inch cubes and place in a large bowl. Combine with onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill on high heat and lightly oil the grate for a sizzling start!
  • Skewer beef, placing 6 to 8 pieces on each skewer. Remove any extra marinade.
  • Grill the beef skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until the beef reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
