Moist raisin bread elevated with flavorful persimmon pulp. Delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup very ripe persimmon pulp
  • 9 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 0.33300000429153 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Add all ingredients to the bread machine's baking pan, following the manufacturer's instructions, excluding the raisins. Select the basic or white cycle. Add a tablespoon of water if necessary while kneading.
  • Add the raisins at the signal of the Fruit setting or approximately 5 minutes before the kneading cycle completes.
