Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) box penne pasta
  • 6 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 4 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar pesto sauce
  • 1.5 cups milk
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. - Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a small bowl until well combined; set aside.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add penne and cook uncovered until al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain in a colander in the sink.
  • Mix the chicken, Italian cheese blend, spinach, tomatoes, alfredo sauce, pesto sauce, and milk in a bowl. Add the cooked pasta, transfer everything to the baking dish, and sprinkle the bread crumb mixture on top.
  • Bake until bubbly and golden brown on top, for 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven.
