Elevate deviled eggs with a zesty pesto mayo twist.
Ingredients:
  • 12 hardboiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves or parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions:
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and transfer them into a small bowl. Mash the yolks using a fork.
  • Blend creamy mayonnaise and flavorful pesto into yolks until perfectly smooth. Generously fill egg whites with the luscious yolk mixture, mounding it gently. Chill covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • Add a final touch of fresh basil leaves right before serving.
