Kid-friendly pesto turkey meatballs bursting with Italian flavors. Easy and versatile.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and give the sheet pan a light grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend turkey, bread crumbs, pesto, Pecorino Romano cheese, egg, salt, and pepper using your hands until thoroughly mixed.
  • Shape mixture into petite, walnut-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until fully cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
