45-minute savory turkey meatballs with creamy basil pesto sauce. Perfect over pasta or in a meatball sub.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1 1/2 cups Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs whites
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with sides or a 15x10-inch pan with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until fully mixed. Form the mixture into balls and arrange them on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 20 to 25 minutes.
