Elevate grouper fillet with crispy pesto crust and Greek seasoning for a delicious and fast meal for two.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 ounce) grouper fillet
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 tablespoon Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®)
  • 2 teaspoons pesto
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Season the grouper fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper. Combine bread crumbs and Greek seasoning in a small bowl. Spread pesto evenly over the grouper and sprinkle with the seasoned bread crumbs.
  • Heat butter in a skillet until melted over medium heat. Add fillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Be gentle when flipping to keep the panko breading intact. Finally, divide the fillet in half to serve two portions.
