Elevate sautéed chicken with a zesty herb sauce by mixing cream cheese into store-bought pesto.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 0.33333334326744 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until fully cooked at 170 degrees F (75 degrees C). Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  • Place the cream cheese spread into a skillet over medium heat and stir until melted, which should take about 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Next, whisk in the broth and pesto and continue cooking and stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is thickened and well blended. Finally, pour the sauce over the chicken.
