Elevate salmon with a zesty, decadent sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm oil
  • 4 salmon fillets (approx 150g each), skin on
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 250g Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh herbs, eg. parsley, chives, dill
  • Green salad, for serving
Instructions:
  • In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and cook skin side down for 2 minutes on each side or until done to your preference. Transfer from pan and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Mix the Philadelphia cream cheese with the garlic and herbs until well combined.
  • Arrange the salmon on serving plates alongside the salad, then add a spoonful of herbed PHILLY on top of each. Serve promptly.
