Indulge in a decadent s'mores cheesecake with gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups graham crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Chocolate Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine graham crumbs with butter, then firmly press onto the bottom and 1-1/2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until combined. Pour mixture into crust.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is nearly set. Use a knife to loosen the cake from the rim of the pan, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • 1. Preheat the broiler. Microwave 1 cup marshmallows and milk in a microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 1 minute, or until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread this mixture onto the cheesecake. Top with the remaining marshmallows and broil it 6 inches from the heat for 1 minute, or until golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing the rim of the pan. Garnish with chocolate chips.
