Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with this classic 1952 Puerto Rican cocktail made with rum, pineapple, and coconut cream. Feel the warm sand beneath your toes as you sip on this refreshing drink.
Ingredients:
  • 6-7 chunks of fresh pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 50 ml Bacardi Carta Blanco
  • 50 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • ice cubed
  • slice of orange
  • cherry
Instructions:
  • Combine pineapple chunks (setting aside one for garnish), caster sugar, coconut cream, Bacardi Superior rum, pineapple juice, and cubed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple chunk, orange slice, cherry on a cocktail stick, and a straw.
