Delicious pineapple bread pudding pairs perfectly with ham and green beans for Easter or holiday meals.
Ingredients:
  • 7 slices white bread, cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 30 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Prepare the casserole dish by greasing it generously.
  • Evenly layer bread cubes in the casserole dish. Drizzle with luscious melted butter and crown with sweet pineapple pieces.
  • Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl until fluffy; pour over bread mixture. Cover with foil and chill in the fridge for about 3 hours.
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then bake uncovered until golden brown, 5 to 20 minutes.
