Indulgent buttery pineapple bread pudding made with white bread and a touch of sweetness, perfect as a dessert or side. Classic comfort food using beloved white bread for a nostalgic twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 slices white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar, packed
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). - Give a little love to a 6x10 inch baking dish with a touch of grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in the eggs one at a time. Fold in the bread cubes and pineapple until fully combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and evenly sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the top of the bread is golden brown, for 45 to 60 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
