Golden crushed pineapple and walnuts in a flavorful pineapple bread for a fruity-nutty combo in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs using an electric mixer until frothy. Mix in sugar and melted butter until smooth. Gently fold in pineapple and vanilla extract.
  • Combine flour, walnuts, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl. Gently fold into the pineapple mixture until just combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 1 hour. Allow it to cool briefly in the pan, then flip it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
