Tropical pineapple crisp with cinnamon butter topping - juicy and irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Evenly distribute the drained pineapple in a 9x9-inch square baking pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed and crumbly. Evenly spread mixture over pineapple. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling, for about 40-45 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
