Blueberry and pineapple crisp topped with buttery oats, a crowd-pleasing dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1.5 cups pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 0.66666668653488 cup dark brown sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, toss blueberries and pineapple with juice and 1 1/2 teaspoons of flour. Stir frequently until the mixture thickens, for about 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Incorporate the butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over the blueberry mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned.
