Enhance summer slaw with pineapple for a sweet twist on classic coleslaw with cabbage, onion, and bell pepper.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into small pieces
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine cabbage, pineapple, green onions, and bell pepper in a spacious bowl.
  • Combine vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl and pour over cabbage mixture, tossing to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill the bowl with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before enjoying.
