Creepy Shooter: Peach schnapps and gelatin brain shot.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 brain-shaped gelatin mold
  • 4 (3 ounce) packages peach flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups peach schnapps
  • 4 drops blue food coloring
  • 2 drops red food coloring
  • 2 teaspoons water
Instructions:
  • Grease a brain-shaped gelatin mold with a thin layer of oil.
  • Combine peach gelatin mix with 3 cups of boiling water in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature for about 20 minutes. Mix in evaporated milk and peach schnapps, then pour the mixture into the prepared mold. Chill in the refrigerator until set, usually 4 to 6 hours.
  • Gently dip the mold in warm water to loosen, making sure no water enters the top. Then, flip the mold onto a serving platter and lift to release the brain.
  • Combine blue and red food coloring with 2 teaspoons of water in a small bowl. Paint the mixture into the brain's grooves using a small, clean paintbrush. Chill the brain in the refrigerator until the color sets. Serve chilled.
