Festive Christmas chocolate bark with pistachios, peppercorns, and currants.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (4 ounce) bars dark chocolate, chopped, divided
  • 4 tablespoons pink peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts
  • 2 tablespoons dried currants
Instructions:
  • Melt 2/3 of the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until almost melted with some chunks remaining (about 1 to 2 minutes). Remove from microwave and stir until smooth. Add the rest of the dark chocolate and stir until fully melted.
  • Smooth a large sheet of parchment paper onto a flat work surface. Drizzle melted chocolate over the parchment paper, spreading it thinly and evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle pink peppercorns, pistachios, and currants over the chocolate swiftly before it hardens.
  • Allow the chocolate to fully set for approximately 45 minutes. Break it into assorted sizes and store in an airtight container.
