Upgrade Bisquick mix with white cheddar, pistachios, and Dijon mustard for a gourmet appetizer. Pair with assorted mustards for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and shape into 1-inch balls before placing them on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake until beautifully golden and fully cooked, then serve promptly.
