Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semolina flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add all ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommended order. Choose the dough cycle setting.
