Cheesy spaghetti-stuffed pizza crust for a delicious twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury®)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease and transfer the beef to a large bowl.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. 2. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water until al dente, about 12 minutes. Stir occasionally. 3. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the ground beef in a bowl. 4. Mix in spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • 1. Unroll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Cut the 2 outer thirds of the crust into 1-inch horizontal strips, leaving the center third uncut. Spoon the spaghetti mixture down the center third. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • To start the braid, first overlap a dough strip over the filling, then cross another strip from the opposite side over the first. Pinch the strips together and keep braiding until the filling is completely covered with the dough braid.
  • Combine fragrant olive oil with minced garlic in a small bowl, then generously brush over the braid.
  • Bake until the filling is hot and crust is golden brown, around 25-30 minutes. Slice and serve.
