Turn leftover spaghetti bolognese into a quick and cheesy lasagne using a sausage roll maker for a delicious meal in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml leftover cooked spaghetti pasta
  • 250.00 ml leftover bolognese mince
  • 250.00 ml shredded pizza blend cheese
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 2 sheets mountain bread
Instructions:
  • Mix the pasta, bolognese sauce, cheese, and parsley in a medium bowl.
  • Cut the bread into quarters. Swiftly spread half of the pasta mixture on the bottom edge of each bread quarter. Roll them up, tucking in the edges securely. Put them seam side down in the sausage roll maker, spray with oil, and cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Keep warm by covering with foil on a plate. Repeat with the rest of the bread and pasta mixture.
  • Garnish the pasta rolls with additional parsley for an extra pop of color and flavor, if desired.
