Pizza scrolls

Ingredients:
2rashersbacon, trimmed, finely chopped
225.00 gm self-raising flour
30g butter, chopped
128.75 gm milk
40.00 ml pizza sauce
250.00 ml gratedcheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then add the bacon and cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Place the cooked bacon on paper towels to drain.
Sift flour into a bowl and add butter. Gently rub the butter into the flour until it looks like breadcrumbs. Create a well in the center and pour in the milk. Stir with a knife until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
Roll the dough into a 30cm x 23cm rectangle. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1cm strip along one long side. Top with bacon and cheese. Roll the dough into a log like a Swiss roll. Cut into 12 rounds, being careful not to flatten the rolls.
Place the scrolls evenly on a lined baking tray, ensuring they have space to expand. Bake until beautifully golden, for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool fully on a wire rack.
