Kids will love these delicious pizza scrolls.
Ingredients:
  • 300g self-raising flour
  • 100g butter, chopped
  • 160ml milk
  • 125ml pizza sauce
  • 120g pizza cheese
  • 227g can Dole Pineapple Chunks In Juice, drained
  • 100g leg ham, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 50g cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • Combine flour and butter in a large bowl. Use your fingertips to blend the butter into the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Pour in the milk and use a round-bladed knife to cut and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it gently until smooth. Roll out the dough into a 30cm x 40cm rectangle using a rolling pin. Evenly spread pizza sauce, then top with cheese, pineapple, ham, capsicum, and mushrooms.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one long edge to create a log. Slice the log into 8 even pieces using a small sharp knife. Arrange the scrolls on the tray and bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked. Allow the scrolls to cool before serving.
