Ingredients:
  • 125g butter
  • 125g self-raising flour
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
  • 61.80 gm milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix the flour and butter until they form a crumbly mixture.
  • Gradually add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well each time. Follow by adding the sugar, mixing until well combined. Lastly, incorporate the vanilla essence into the mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Incorporate 2-3 tablespoons of milk to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases in a tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, checking with a skewer at 10 minutes to test doneness.
