Microwaved salmon in white wine butter sauce for a hassle-free, odor-free meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe casserole dish, mix together butter, wine, lemon juice, dill, sugar, salt, and black pepper, then cover the dish.
  • Heat the butter mixture in the microwave until the butter is melted, for 45 to 60 seconds. Place the salmon, skin-side up, into the butter mixture and cover the dish. Microwave until the salmon easily flakes with a fork, which should take about 6 minutes.
