Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare six 6-ounce custard cups by greasing and flouring them.
  • In a medium bowl, gently whisk eggs. Stir in flour, milk, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Gently pour the mixture into the custard cups, filling them halfway.
  • 1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from cups and serve hot.
