Ingredients:
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 400g lean pork steaks (we used pork scotch fillet steaks)
  • 250g fat-free 2-minute noodles (see note)
  • 1/2 small sweet pineapple, skin and core removed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 150g beansprouts, trimmed
  • 250g green beans, trimmed, halved crossways
  • 42.90 gm honey
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Coat both sides of the pork with 2 teaspoons of flavorful olive oil. Sear each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until perfectly cooked. Place on a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly. Enjoy!
  • Add the noodles to a spacious heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let them sit for 2 to 3 minutes to soften. Drain and rinse with cold water. Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise and thinly slice.
  • Preheat a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Drizzle in sesame oil and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, swirling to coat the pan. Toss in the onion and garlic, stir-frying for 1 to 2 minutes until tender. Throw in the beansprouts and beans, stir-frying for an additional minute.
  • Combine noodles and pork in the wok, then drizzle with honey and soy sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Add pineapple and stir-fry for 1 minute until warmed through. Serve and enjoy.
