Succulent pork chops mingle with flavorful baked beans over a crackling campfire.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) navy beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless center-cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lb)
Instructions:
  • Combine barbecue sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and beans in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper, then place in skillet. Cook for about 6 minutes, turning once, until both sides are browned.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add the bean mixture, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
