Try this mouthwatering pork and beans recipe - guaranteed to impress!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg pork rib
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 1 medium brown onion, chopped
  • 1 medium red capsicum, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 x 400g cans diced tomatoes
  • 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the pork in a roasting pan, generously sprinkle with paprika, add onion and capsicum, then top with garlic and tomato. Gently turn the pork to evenly coat everything, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roast for 45 minutes until golden. Toss in beans. Flip pork over. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes until pork is golden and fully cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy alongside a refreshing salad.
