Pork Chops with Delicious Gravy

Succulent pork chops smothered in savory light gravy, perfect with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • seasoned pepper to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper, then coat in 3 tablespoons of flour. Place chops in the skillet, cook on each side until browned.
  • Combine sour cream, milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl. Add a touch of seasoning salt if preferred. Pour the mixture over the chops and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until pork is done.
