Create delicious sauteed pork chops in rich gravy with onions, garlic, and browning sauce thickened with flour in a tasty chicken broth base.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 6 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.33300000429153 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon browning sauce
Instructions:
  • In a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray, cook onion and garlic until tender. Add pork chops and sear on both sides. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, chicken broth, and browning sauce until silky. Pour into skillet, mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer on low for 30-45 minutes until tender.
