Delicious and easy pork fillets with apple sauce - perfect for any day of the week!
Ingredients:
  • 80ml white wine
  • 80ml chicken stock
  • 40.00 ml Craisins* (sweetened dried cranberries)
  • 350g pork fillet, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, thickly sliced
  • 2 tsp finely shredded sage leaves
  • 100g thin green beans, steamed
Instructions:
  • Combine wine, stock, and Craisins in a small jug, then set aside.
  • In a hot frypan, add oil and pork. Sear pork for 1-2 minutes. Flip meat, add apple, and cook until apple caramelizes, about 1-2 minutes more.
  • Pour the flavorful wine mixture into the pan and let it bubble away for 1-2 minutes until it slightly thickens. Add fresh sage leaves and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve by placing the beans on plates, topping them with the juicy pork and apple, and drizzling everything with the delicious sauce.
