Quick 15-minute Asian noodle dinner bursting with bold flavors, ideal for the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 200g Organic Ramen Noodles
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 500g pork mince
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 21.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into long thin strips
  • 1 green shallot, thinly sliced
  • Fried shallots, to serve
  • Thinly sliced long fresh red chilli, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil noodles in a large saucepan as per packet instructions, then drain.
  • In a wok or large frying pan, heat sesame oil over high heat. Add the mince and garlic. Stir-fry for 4 minutes until browned, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 1 tbs water. Pour soy mixture into the pan and simmer with the mince for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with pepper.
  • Arrange the lettuce around the edges of the serving bowls. Fill the center of each bowl with noodles, then add the pork mixture and carrot on top. Sprinkle with green shallot, fried shallot, and chili. Serve with lime wedges.
