Delicious pork lettuce wraps perfect for sharing with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 9.20 gm canola oil
  • 4 green onions, finely sliced
  • 400g lean pork mince
  • 1/2 x 227g can water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
  • 100g green beans, finely sliced
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed (see tip)
  • Steamed doongara rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix oyster sauce with 1 tablespoon cold water. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, then add garlic and onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute until onion is soft.
  • Turn up the heat to medium-high and add the mince, stirring and cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until beautifully browned.
  • Combine chestnuts, beans, and oyster sauce mixture in the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until beans are tender. Fill lettuce leaves with the mixture and serve with rice.
