Indulge in juicy pan-fried pork cutlet with zesty lemon and delectable dipping sauce for a heavenly experience.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.75 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Sandwich the pork chops between two sturdy plastic sheets or resealable freezer bags on a stable surface. Flatten the pork with the flat side of a meat mallet until it's 1/8-inch thick. Trim any excess fat and make small cuts along the edges to keep the pork flat while cooking.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk until well blended. In a third bowl, combine panko bread crumbs and paprika. Dredge each pork chop in the flour, then dip in the egg, and coat with the panko mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Cook no more than two pork chops at a time until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Keep warm in the oven.
  • Add the chicken stock to the skillet with the cooked pork. Lower the heat and deglaze the pan. Combine dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and sour cream in a bowl. Temper the sour cream by whisking in 1/4 cup of hot stock, then return it to the skillet. Heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve with the pork chops.
