  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions:
  • Combine the umami-rich soy sauce, aromatic bourbon, sweet brown sugar, and pungent garlic. Drizzle the marinade over the succulent pork, ensuring it's fully coated, then cover and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, remembering to rotate the pork periodically to infuse flavors evenly.
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and delicately place the marinated pork on the roasting pan rack.
  • Bake until meat thermometer reads 145F (63C), about 45 minutes.
