Tender slow cooker pork tenderloin with flavorful red wine au jus infused with garlic and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.75 cup red wine
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Collect all your fresh, flavorful ingredients.
  • Add pork tenderloin and soup mix to the slow cooker. Pour in water, wine, and soy sauce, ensuring the pork is coated. Generously spread garlic over the pork, leaving most on top. Sprinkle with pepper before cooking.
  • Cook covered on Low for 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  • Take out the pork from the slow cooker and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the sliced dish with the cooking liquid as au jus on the side. Enjoy!
