Succulent pork chops seared to perfection and draped in a luscious homemade mushroom cream sauce in a snap.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 0.75 cup white wine
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, place evenly in the skillet, and pan-fry until golden brown on each side for about 2 minutes. Pour in wine and cook for an additional 6 minutes. Remove the chops from the skillet.
  • In a skillet, gracefully pour the cream and add the mushrooms. Crank up the heat to high and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce reduces and thickens. Gently reunite the chops with the mixture in the pan to warm before serving.
