Mouthwatering portabella mushroom burgers with melty provolone and zesty mustard sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 large portabella mushrooms
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high. Use a large fork to make drainage holes in a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil, then set it aside.
  • Mix garlic with butter to create a flavorful spread. Apply the mixture onto mushroom caps. Cover the grill grate with foil, ensuring the non-stick side is facing up. Then place mushrooms on the foil right away.
  • Grill the mushrooms for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until they are browned and tender. Top each mushroom with a slice of cheese during the last minute of grilling.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, and pepper to create the sauce. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until warm. Drizzle the sauce over the burgers in buns and top with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
