Make a quick and delicious Portabella Pizza Bianca to beat the dinner rush.
Ingredients:
  • 300g packet Toscano Pizza Bases
  • 40.80 gm mascarpone
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 120g Portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 180g drained bocconcini, thickly sliced
  • 27.30 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Baby rocket, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 240C (220C fan-forced) and place the pizza bases on 2 lined baking trays.
  • Evenly layer mascarpone on the bases, sprinkle with garlic, and arrange mushroom and bocconcini on top. Drizzle with olive oil, season, and bake for 10-12 minutes until bocconcini is bubbling and edges are golden. Serve hot with rocket.
