Delicious lemon-spiked sweet bread made effortlessly in your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 0.33329999446869 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 3.25 cups bread flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Add ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommended order. Choose the white bread setting and begin.
  • Prepare bread dough using the Dough cycle. Shape risen dough and transfer to a greased loaf pan. Let it double in size in a warm spot. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 35-45 minutes.
