Creamy stovetop rice pudding with velvety eggs for added richness.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 quarts milk
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over high heat, combine sugar and milk. Once bubbles appear at the edges, add rice and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 60 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender. Be careful not to boil the mixture.
  • Take the mixture off the heat and energetically whisk in the beaten eggs gradually until fully combined. Serve the dish while it's still warm.
