Ingredients:
  • 1 x 1kg pkt frozen chips
  • 1 x 300g ctn sour cream
  • 1 x 275g btl corn relish
  • 2 shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 2. Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. 3. Mix sour cream, corn relish, and shallots in a small bowl. 4. Transfer the dip to a serving plate and surround it with the cooked chips. 5. Serve and enjoy!
