Potato Salad with smoked salmon

Elevate classic potato salad with smoked salmon and fresh dill.
Ingredients:
  • 750g washed small potatoes, halved
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 40.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dill seeds
  • 4 slices (about 80g) smoked salmon, cut into 5 mm-wide strips
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Boil the potatoes in a generously salted large saucepan for 15 minutes or until just tender. Then, drain and let them cool slightly for 10 minutes.
  • Combine potatoes, sour cream, vinegar, and dill seeds in a bowl. Add smoked salmon and chives, season generously with salt and pepper, and gently fold together until mixed.
