Loaded Gouda potato skins with pepperoni and green onions.
Ingredients:
  • 5 large baking potatoes
  • 4 cups shredded Gouda cheese
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 1 pound pepperoni sausage sticks, quartered and diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Roast potatoes in the preheated oven for 1 hour until they are tender. Take them out of the oven.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) for optimal cooking.
  • Halve the baked potatoes and carefully scoop out the flesh, ensuring a thin layer remains on the skins. Cut each half into four strips and transfer them to a medium baking sheet.
  • Evenly scatter 1 cup of Gouda cheese on top of the potato strips. Layer on the pepperoni, then the green onions, and finish with the rest of the Gouda cheese.
  • Bake the potato strips topped with cheese in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
