Ingredients:
  • 200g cooked peeled prawns, coarsely chopped
  • 80g mayonnaise
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped dill
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 50g softened butter
Instructions:
  • Mix together the prawns, creamy mayonnaise, fresh dill, and zesty lemon juice in a small bowl. Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  • Lay the bread on a clean work surface and evenly spread with butter. Divide the prawn mixture among half the slices and gently spread it out. Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
  • Trim and discard the crusts using a serrated knife. Cut each sandwich into thirds to create delightful finger sandwiches. Arrange on a serving platter and serve promptly.
